Proof of Damage: Customers must provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This serves as mandatory evidence for processing the return.

Non-Eligibility: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike of design, size issues, or minor transit defects (that are repairable and do not affect usability).
