Shipping policy

At Luxura Jewels, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the lowest possible cost. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, etc.).
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–5 business days.
Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
A flat fee of ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹999.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or natural calamities.
If your package is delayed beyond 10 days from the expected delivery date, please contact us at [support email/phone].

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
Reshipping may incur additional charges.
